So much going on in the custody battle between Jeremy Renner and his ex wife Sonni Pacheco. Sonni has filed for sole custody of their 6 year old daughter, Ava, with monitored visitation for Jeremy.
According to documents filed by Sonni, she claims last November Jeremy was at a club, high on coke and liquor, when he began talking about killing Sonni, telling someone he “could not deal with her anymore, and he just wanted her gone.”
She said Jeremy put a gun in his mouth and threatened to kill himself and then fired the gun into the ceiling while their daughter was asleep upstairs! Another time when he had custody of Ava he left coke on the bathroom counter where Ava could reach it.
Sonni alleges in one instance, the nanny overheard Jeremy say he was going to Sonni’s house to kill her and then kill himself, because “it was better that Ava had no parents than to have [Sonni] as a mother.”
TMZ reports that a rep for Jeremy has stated, “The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. This is a matter for the court to decide. It’s important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni’s declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.”
