‘Freaks and Geeks’ reunite for Judd Apatow’s birthday

Some of the “Freaks and Geeks” reunited at Largo, a comedy club in Los Angeles, on Wednesday to celebrate Judd Apatow’s 50th birthday.

“4 geeks and a freak,” Busy Philippscaptioned a photo of herself with Martin Starr, John Francis Daley, Samm Levine and the birthday boy himself. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUDD!”

She added, “THANK YOU for giving us all the best job of all time when we were too young & dumb to know how good we had it.”

Apatow created the cult classic show, which only ran for one season between 1999-2000. Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jason Segel and Linda Cardellini also starred in the series.
