“Always Sunny” Star Rob McElhenney Lists Valley Home

An East Coast traditional set behind gates on an almost quarter-acre lot on a coveted street in a prime pocket of the Sherman Oaks community in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley, owned by “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” creator, writer, producer and actor Rob McElhenney, is now for sale at $2.675 million after first coming to market at at $2.75 million.

McElhenney owned the property with his wife and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” co-star Kaitlin Olson since 2008.

With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, the just over 4,000-square-foot two-story residence features high ceilings, numerous skylights, freshly refinished dark-stained hardwood floors and art-friendly white walls.
