Actor Tom Sizemore was kicked off a film set in 2003 after he was accused of fondling an 11-year-old girl, it was revealed Monday.
The “Saving Private Ryan” actor was forced to leave a Utah film set after the young girl told her parents that Sizemore touched her genitals, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Months after the incident, the actor returned to a set in Malibu to finish shooting the film, “Born Killers” (shot as “Piggy Banks”). By that time the parents had declined to press charges, the site said.
The now-26-year-old actress did not comment to the site but mentioned that she has hired a lawyer.
Sizemore also chose not to address the issue, while his agent, Stephen Rice, said, “Our position is ‘no comment.’ “
