Nate Berkus, the designer and tv personality discovered by Oprah, is selling his L.A. house perched on a hill just above the famed Chateau Marmont.
A 1920s Spanish Revival was renovated by Berkus and his fellow interior decorator husband Jeremiah Brent. The two have a home improvement reality show, “Married to Design: Nate & Jeremiah,” on TLC this fall, though no word if this home will be featured.
The $2,995,000 nabs you 3,643 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus guest house. There’s a pool out back a several balconies with room enough for a cafe table. It’s lovely.
