Jessica Simpson is back on top these days, it seems. She’s looking and feeling good, she’s got endorsements left and right, she’s about to get married to the father of her two adorable kids and now she’s releasing her own fragrance. Jessica Simpson Signature is hitting store shelves in August, but would you actually wear it? Here’s a bit more about it (via E! Online):
“Jessica Simpson Signature opens to whimsical notes of citrus, blending hints of clementine, nectarine, pomegranate and apricot. The heart of the fragrance is a romantic floral bouquet of frangipani, night blooming jasmine, orange flower and tiger lily. Warm, satisfying dry notes of white chocolate vanilla bean accord, sandalwood, tonka bean and drift wood round out the natural beauty of this harmonious signature scent,” reads a statement about the Jessica Simpson Fragrance Collection, whose products retail from $18 to $65.
It comes in a teardrop-shaped bottle with a gold feather-like cap, which Jessica herself says represents “spiritual evolution, truth and lightness”. Well, okay.
I know celebs have come out with some okay fragrances – Jennifer Aniston’s smelled pretty good, and I still know a few people who swear by Britney Spears’ first one. However, I just can’t gel with the idea of heading to my local Rite-Aid to ask the part-time cashier to open the plastic cabinet to hand me a bottle of Jessica Simpson’s perfume.

Most likely smells like ass. So no.
well considering I wear perfume for the smell and not who makes it, it depends on what it smells like. I think its stupid when people care that its “britney Spears” or “jlo” and they would never.. its a smell, 90% of people don’t see the bottle or know it by smell, they think you smell good or you don’t.
