Shay Mitchell is on ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars and unless you watch that show, you probably don’t know who she is. That being said, you don’t need to be familiar with her acting work to appreciate her new shoot for Esquire Philippines, right? They happen to think she’s the “sexiest woman alive”, and while I’d beg to differ there (she’s not really my cup of tea), you can’t argue that Shay is pretty beautiful by conventional standards.
