LOL of the Day: Lady GaGa Got Bitten by a Slow Loris

Lady GaGa has been filming the video for “G.U.Y. (Girl Under You)”, and she hoped to have an exotic theme for the shoot, complete with fancy animals… that apparently bite her. That’s right, everyone’s favourite “artist” got bitten by a slow loris and just the visual of that is the most majestic thing I think I have ever offered you on this site.

From The New York Post:

“The slow loris is the cutest creature on the planet, and Lady Gaga wanted to use it in one scene, but it nipped her,” a source told me. “They put it back in its box and took it away in disgrace.”

The pop star wasn’t hurt. “She just laughed about it,” the source added. “She was a good sport.”

Aw, well that’s nice. The exotic animal person apparently also brought a baby kangaroo and an exotic goat to the set, but none of the were used. Apparently GaGa wanted to use the goat, but was told no by the California State Parks Department. I don’t really get it – how in the hell does the Parks Dept. guy get to tell her what animal she can use, and if she wasn’t allowed to use any, why was a handler even bringing any out to this shoot? Am I taking crazy pills?

So, since exotic animals of one sort were out, she decided to employ another: the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. That’s right, Kim and Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Yolanda Foster and Carlton Gebbia all get to be in this video. God help us all.

  • “They put it back in the box and took it away in disgrace” like the animal knows or gives a flying shit who Gaga is. I’d estimate the slow loris is simply a good judge of character and was simply defending itself.
Now, for the housewives, I’m surprised they weren’t biting each other! And it *kind of* makes sense that she used them – she’s a big Bravo-phile from what I understand.
