Snooki Got Arrested!

Snooki, or Nicole Polizzi if we’re being official, was arrested yesterday in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.  While she was filming for season three of Jersey Shore, poor Snickers became a little too intoxicated and was taken in by police for disorderly conduct.  Here’s an explanation from NJ.com:

“She was being very disorderly on the beach, bothering other patrons there,” Seaside Heights Borough Administrator John Camera said. “When our police went to deal with the situation — not Mike ‘The Situation’ — they found they needed to arrest her.”

Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd said Polizzi was arrested at 3:23 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance from the borough police station at 7:05 p.m.

If she is found guilty in municipal court, Polizzi faces up to a $1,000 fine and community service, Boyd said.

I can never decide if I am envious of Snooki for getting paid to be a hot drunk mess on various beaches or if I am proud that only a handful of people know about my own drunken exploits. Looking at these photos, I’m going to go with proud for now.

    Thanks to Administrator John Camera for clearing up that the situation was an actual situation and not The Situation.
