Cali Attorney General Jerry Brown claims that Haim doc-hopped between seven different physicians to procure over five hundred pills of a varying type — such as Soma, Xanax, Valium and Vicodin. The 500+ pills were acquired between January of this year and March 10th, when he died.
What I’d like to know is how many of those pills were actually left on March 11th, 2010.
How does this even happen? I mean, who can get their hands on this kind of mass-quantity of drugs? Unless you’re a celebrity — or you’re forging prescriptions, which is what the AG’s thinking might have happened — I guess you’re shit-outta-luck, huh?

I guess these stars don’t score their drugs via the insurance companies-those bastards don’t let you get one pill a day early. Good luck trying to refill your meds before vacay without special dispensation from the pope and sacrificing your first born.
I watched a show (I don’t remember for sure but I think it was on Current) & they showed a bunch of ‘Pain Management Clinic’s’ in Florida & they basically gave anyone a script for all kinds of meds if they had any pain at all. People were coming from far away (it’s been awhile since I’ve seen the show but they showed one guy that I think was from Virginia) So the showed made it seem really easy to get what ever you want or think you need.
Also I REALLY used to love Corey. Back in the day (way, way back) I thought for sure I was gunna marry him. Can’t believe he died I was truly hoping for a comeback from him. Oh & he died on my bday :-( *tear*
Truth be told, I never heard of him till he died.
But he’s just a wasted druggie, and I’m pretty damn sure he was gone long before he passed away.

Unfortunately, you just have to know the right doctors. Not speaking from personal experience, however a close friend of mine had (at one point) very over-excessive amount of unnecessary Rx pills. They used different docs and pharmacies and that’s how they get away with getting pills that are normally unsafe to mix.
