SNL Dropped The Ball On Conan & Leno

I’ve been waiting all week for Saturday Night Live to chip in with some Conan vs. Leno jokes, but sadly, this Larry King Live spoof was pretty much all they had to offer. Seth Meyers did make crack one pretty funny joke during Weekend Update (“This week, you didn’t need Cinemax to see someone get screwed on TV.”), but other than that… yeesh. Maybe Zucker threatened to ice them as well?

  • I caught one mistake, but I’ve come on gossip sites to look for proper grammar and sentence structure. I understand what’s she saying and the gist of her post is what’s important. Lastly, I agree with what she said. Although, SNL hasn’t been funny in a while.

  • Molls, how many annoyed commentators need to complain (even be mean to you) regarding your poor grammar and spelling…when will you finally get paranoid enough about your writing to finally, good lord girl, finally, stop and re-read, spell check ( hell, even have a friend proof read for you!) your posts????

  • I watched the clip. I haven’t watched SNL in a long time. What they did manage to do is show just how meaningless these late night hosts are in the big picture. They came across as a bunch of monkeys. I liked that aspect of the sketch. At the end of the day, all the media attention over which middle aged white guy gets the most millions is quite disturbing. Why should we care?!
