Yeah the lower back tattoo was and is overly prevalent and the rib cage tattoo is going the same way, but lots of people get tattoos in the same place, why does it matter whether it’s your arm, your chest or your calf, it’s all expression. My best friends sister got a tattoo as a reminder of her best friend who died in a small plane crash, and she got it on her rib cage, and that’s supposed to make her a tramp? The point is that it’s in a place that isn’t super visible so you can decide who sees it or not, I did the same thing getting one higher up on my arm rather then on my forearm.
