The lady we’ve been talking about a lot lately (not Kate Gosselin, thank bejeezus), Rihanna stepped out on stage last night at Jay-Z’s LA show and shocked everyone in the audience by not just shutting it down, but performing her new single “Hard” for the first time. The performance was powerful, and even though I am a fairweather Rih fan, I happened to think she killed it. The video quality is crappy, so I’m sure you’ll mainly be listening more than watching, but what do you think of the new single? I thinks she sounds strong and the message of this song is exactly the kinda track you wanna come out with post break-up.

I tend to display needle tracks post break-up, but Rihanna’s work on new music tracks was probably more uplifting.
Goddamn it’s spelled ‘performs’.
Reading about Rihanna is like being the fourth turd in the shit bowl. After the first two or three, it’s just not that interesting anymore. Time to wipe, bitches!
Wow, I’d never noticed before how much the music and synths and studio mastering do for her voice. When you can’t hear much of that, you notice that she can barely hold a note and has no range.
No. Talent. Whatsoever. Horrible, just horrible. I don’t understand how she even has an entertainment contract. This is ridiculous.
