It’s A Boy!

Actors Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel are the proud new parents of a baby boy.  In a rare stroke of Hollywood kindness, they have given their son a completely and totally normal name — Walker.

This is the first child for this genetically blessed couple that met in the 1996 Broadway production of Rent.  Congrats to the happy couple!

    • Walker barely squeaked into the top 500 for names in 2008, at least according to the Social Security Administration’s website. It’s a drop from its former popularity though. So make of that what you will?

In other news, congrats to the couple from a ten plus year Idina fan. One wonders if Walker will grow up loving or hating music because he’ll no doubt be surrounded by it.

      • Wow! I think I’d rather be a lousy lay than a lousy person.

Is it her perfect grammar that turns you off? Was it the “squeaked into” that made you decide she was a crazy cat lady? You’ve obviously never fucked someone with a great command of syntax — or a thought in his or her head — because you’d know it can be really hot. But that’s probably not your style: you need all your sexual partners to be just a little dead in the eyes. Right?

        All presumptuousness aside, fuck you.

  • Yay for them, they’re cute. And while it may not be “popular” by commenter’s standards, I would indeed consider Walker a normal name. It’s deffo not Pilot Inspektor…

  • “genetically blessed”?

What do you mean by that Wendie?

Really. If you are worth your salt, please explain.

I think I know what you mean, but I want to hear from you first before I comment any further.

    ?

    • “Worth your salt?” Why, what kind of outlandish expression is that?? I’ve never heard it before in my life! Does it refer to some crazy Democrat salt-related conspiracy? If you… uh… comment good, please explain.

      • First of all I’m a Conservative asshole and secondly as far as the phrase “worth ones salt” let me enlighten your moronic ass.

The term comes from the ancient Roman days when salt was actually a commodity and slave owners would sell their slaves for salt. But if the “Romans” didn’t think the slave was worth anything they would say he wasn’t “worth his weight in salt”.

It isn’t “outlandish” nor is it a “conspiracy”.

It is factual. It is your fucking stupidity and worthlessness that is outlandish and is a conspiracy and assault on everyone with a fucking brain.

Christ your stupid! You could have Googled it before you ran your fucking mouth. But no, it is so much easier being a Tard!

  • i loooooooove Idina Menzel!
