Bummer times for Bobby Brown. Turns out that he skipped a court date that was scheduled so he could explain why he’s been falling behind on his child support payments to his baby mama, Kim Ward. The Norfolk county judge who was going to make a ruling on this case has now ordered that Brown be arrested next time he sets foot in his home state of Massachusetts.
Apparently Ward is due around 45 grand, meaning Bobby’s payments are about nine months late. Frankly, I can’t even believe that Bobby still has enough money that he would have a five thousand dollars a month bill to foot for child support, but I guess those New Edition residuals are bigger than we thought.
Whenever I hear about Bobby Brown being arrested or having a warrant issued, I immediately think “I’m sure it’s for child support.”
