Is everything all better now? Did that fix it?
Lindsay Lohan spent another heart-broken weekend wandering around LA getting smashed.
La Lohan’s night didn’t even begin until around 1:45 a.m., when the scandal magney finally made the scene at a birthday bash for producer/actor/well-to-do party boy James Krisel. Lindsay was accompanied to the Hollywood Hills bash by five guys, including her longtime pal Patrick Aufdencamp.
“People were pouring vodka into her red party cup all night,” a guest tells OK! “She was way beyond incoherent. She was totally smashed and couldn’t even form a sentence. She looked so lonely and lost.” Lindsay stayed at the get-together until just before 3 AM and then moved on to her next pre-dawn party.
Awww, Lindsers. You gotta get this dealt with. You gotta go back to rehab and you gotta do it for real. You can’t drink, baby. Not ever. It’s never gonna work for you.
And for all of you commenters who were all like, “It’s okay if Lindsay drinks a little now. That mess was just a teenage thing. Stop being so harsh on her,” I would just like to say that I told you so. Lindsay Lohan cannot drink, not ever. She lost that privilege a long time ago. This has to stop or she’s going to die.
beet, why is your tone in posts about lindsay lohan always so big sistery? and you always speak to her directly. your writing never gets like that when you talk about anyone else. what is your deal with lindsay? all the nicknames (lindsers, baby?) are strangely personal for a celebrity blog. it’s wierd. and it’s pretty much the same story every time, with the same tone, diction, and content.
before everyone freaks out with the “it’s beet’s blog, she can do whatever the fuck she wants! go away if you don’t like it!”, i would like to clarify that i understand that, and i’m trying not to be too complainey. i’m just wondering if anyone else has noticed it and maybe pointing out to sasha that she has a little sister, and it is not lindsay lohan.
Not true. I wrote that way about Britney, too, when she was on death’s doorstep. My heart totally breaks for her.
oh, I would just guess that it’s because Lindsey grew up in the public eye. She is still very young. And also, like for me, she reminds me of people that I personally know, that are losing their own battles with drugs/addictions. You want her to get help, get better. You want them all to get better.
of course, that’s only my opinion on why I personally hope she gets better. I understand that other people may not want the same thing.

Well, she may still be alive but her career isn’t.
I can’t really feel sorry for her. She’s an adult and she lets herself buy into all the nonsense that surrounds her. As if she doesn’t call the paps and tell them where she’s going and when she’ll be there. Christ, she sits down with magazines to talk about a breakup only a few days old at the time. She NEEDS the attention or else what the hell would she be known for? Certainly not her acting career because that’s pretty much dead.
Everyone drinks when they break up. Drinking is one of the 7 stages of breaking up. The others are denial, tears, anger, being a slut, boring your friends, and drunk dialling/tweeting. It’s normal.

That representation of what is appropriate is exactly what the problem is. Addicts give themselves excuses to drink: I’m going through a break-up, it’s a special occassion, etc… Lindsay is not a person who can have just one drink. Sasha is 100% correct here; Lindsay will die if she doesn’t make MAJOR changes.
You’d think a seasoned vet would take longer to get smashed. Come on Linds, 1 hour 15 mind? You can do better!
P.S. -@Beet- Though you never reply to my Tweetss, (I don’t mind much, I just follow celebs on the off chance SOMEONE will message me and I can be a rockstar among my idiot friends for a week) I find myself enjoying your particular brand of life. Especially the house ladies and the five showers! You can’t make that up.

I agree with you. Lindsay needs serious help; however, I doubt she’s going to get it. She seems to think that she can do it on her own. I wish her the best.
its a shame that she does not have parents that care about her. they seem to care about what they can get out of celebrity, especially that worthless mother of hers. Why doesnt her father take her to court like Britneys father did and take over her day to day life. its clear that she is not able to make any correct decisions, are they just going to let her die?????? She needs spiritual help the girl has been on a dark road for a while now and someone needs to step in and take charg like Brits Dad did.
Fuck that.. the system has failed these celebrities when judges and wardens let them get away with 68 minutes of jailtime because they also want an autograph for their kids. Why aren’t these ‘authorities’ brought to account? anyone?

ratty hair extensions? check.
weird orangey/dirty skin? check.
running around in LA, drinking and crashing parties? check.
vacant expression and glassy eyes? check.
god, she’s boring.
Why is no one mentioning that this girl has a serious mental illness, and no amount of rehab or alcohol counseling will do squat until she addresses her underlying issues? She needs intensive psychiatric care, pronto. Unfortunately convincing a sick person that they are sick is the hardest step. And if she refuses to listen to Samantha, she won’t listen to anyone.
Every day I check on the latest Lindsay story, just hoping I will see a headline like, “Lindsay checks into a treatment facility”. Every day I am disappointed.

Oh I know that ‘wandering around, getting hammered just because it hurts too much when you’re sober’ kind of pain and it breaks my heart that this girl is going through this. Yes, even though I don’t know her, even though she is much more beautiful than me, has prettier hair, has more money – and I should hate her :)
I wish someone’s telling her that as much as it feels like it’ll never end, the pain eventually does go away. But only after many being a slut and drunk dialling later.
