Someday, when inspiration strikes, I will write a very long essay attempting to explain our culture’s fascination with this one young woman.
Until then: HOORAY FOR MORE BRITNEY CLIPS!!!!

that would be a good thesis for somebody, beet. that’s if they are majoring in trainwrecks.
Is it me, or does Brit have a tweekers mouth now?
Long essay? Two words: Sex. and. Chaotic.
If you could explain it to me I’d appreciate it.
britney is a rarity in the entertainment business. she is totally honest and still somewhat naive about the big world she’s in. her personality is very unique and sets her apart from most of the dribble in hollywood. by far, britney’s biggest fanbase is female and if you can’t see why that is so, then you don’t understand women. (granted, it’s a complicated subject) as far as why the guys like her, that should be obvious. contrary to what most guys say, they would go home with britney in a new york second. i mean we all know that her music is targeted at teens and for dance clubs, but what is it that draws people to her life outside of the music? some people say that it’s just a “trainwreck” fascination, but i don’t buy that. there’s something more to it. i don’t think it can be quantified, kind of like it was with elvis. there are so many similarities between her and elvis, it’s uncanny. (although his voice was 100 times better)
there’s no doubt that she is going to go down in history as one of the most fascinating entertainers ever !
Awesome post, LA Mover! I really agree with what you’re saying, absolutely. Especially about that unquantifiable thing about her which is similar to a select handful of certain other celebrated artists in music & dance. Great post, thanks for that -
