I’d be way bitchier about this, but, when I lived in Arizona, I had an outdoor cat who got eaten by a coyote, and it was pretty devastating, so I’m not going to give Paris “you’re irresponsible” shit about this. It’s just really sad. I’ve never had an outdoor cat again, BTW. I keep my babies INSIDE the house now.

We are sad to break the news that Ms. Hilton lost two of her most beloved pets in an attack by a coyote that came down into her neighborhood during the night.

Unfortunately it’s a common occurrence here in LA where homes in the hills meet with wildlife in their back yards.

A source tells X17 Paris was “devastated” and that she’s been crying about it non-stop.

Aw, I’m so sorry to hear about this, Paris. Losing doggies sucks hardcore.

Meanwhile, the good folks at the upcoming Beverly Hills Chihuahua film sent over a little puppy T-shirt with their logo on it, and I snapped some pics of Leo in it earlier today. Will post them later tonight. And then you guys can be all like “I don’t care about your stupid dog!!!” but I’ll still be glowing with pride over my adorable dog in his adorable shirt.

Nobody would think it, but here in So. Cal you have ALOT of wildlife. Bears, possums, rattle snakes, etc.,

I know she’s not from here, so I can’t come down on her, but most peeps know that when the sun goes down, the animals come in! Unless you’re out with them and even that is a risk.

I’m 6′-4″ and had one run by me about 4-5 feet away one night.

Bring them in at night so you don’t have to learn the hard way!

  7. Donkey Punch says:

The coyote was confused by the purse dogs and thought they were chickens.

  8. Monica says:

I feel really sorry for her! hope she gets better!

  9. Tracy says:

We see them all the time out here (Phoenix)… I don’t leave my dogs outside for that reason. I feel bad for her. Losing pets sucks.

Spooky Paris got interviewed on Ellen once and said that she had a couple of dogs, and then they breeded (idiot) and she couldn’t bear to get rid of them… so yeah, she has a lot of dogs.

  14. Aris says:

My cat was eaten by a coyote when I was a kid. It was heartbreaking.

  16. slouchy says:

Go ahead and show the pics of Leo in his little shirt, Beet.

    I won’t be among the “I-don’t-care-about-your-damn-dog” whiners.

  17. Casey says:

Too bad Paris didn’t get eaten instead.

  18. lorelei says:

I used to live in a rural area of IN, I had a barn cat and a coyote came into the barn and killed all her babies. The only bright side to the story? I shot him, and a few others. Once you kill a few they quit coming back. Ahh, it’s so nice to have the legal right to kill an animal attacking yours (or your neighbor’s horses)

  19. lorelei says:

BTW, Aris sounds a bit grumpy tonight, wonder if she’s on her period?
