Nicole Kidman Pops!

Congratulations to Nicole Kidman, who gave birth to a healthy girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, on Monday morning.

Mother and baby are doing well.

What’s with the name Sunday?

Do you think Nicole thought it was still Sunday when she delivered?

Oops!

  • I’m guessing the kid was conceived on a Sunday (gross) or Sunday has some special significance to Nicole and Keith. Either way, it’s a stupid name.

  • It’s a very stupid name, plus if she ever gets chubby you can be sure kids are going to tease her and call her Sundae or something.

  • Well, I guess there aren’t going to be any pregnant, naked photos of Nicole gracing the covers of any magazines this time around. Too bad. She would have looked better than Demi.

  • I THOUGHT IT WAS DELIVERED ON SUNDAY HA HA HA HA HA HA HA UNTIL I SAW THE MONDAY , JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE MONEY, YOU DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO NAME THE POOR KID SOME WEIRD STUPID NAME!!!

  • that’s interestingly awesome…..every week you could be like, ‘hey, it’s your day of the week again, har har har…” oh wow

  • i think it’s cute. and the baby has got to be like a ba-jillion times cuter than either of jlo’s twins so that will make up for it to you guys that don’t like the name.

  • ^ lol i agree.

at first i thought sunday was a bit funky but i’m starting to think “sunday rose” is a really pretty name when said together.

  • oww, I like the name suri!! And whats up with these people??? Paltrow’s kid’s name Apple and now sunday???

  • Am I the only person who doesn’t believe that she was really pregnant? We’ve been flooded with pregnant celebs so much that I’m pretty sure that suddenly having massive boobs is one sure sign of being pregnant? Nicole looked the same. Hmmm…

  • Jessicatx- I’m totally with you on that one. I really don’t think she was pregnant. There was a blind item out earlier this year that insinuated an A -list star having a miscarriage and paying under the table for a surrogate. All along portraying that she was carrying. I sooo believe its her.

  • i like rose but sunday…umm…..not sure how they came up w/ that.
    I was expecting a more bourgeois name…instead of a southern baptist one…

  • I think Sunday Rose is such a pretty name. It is a very feminine name and just so lovely too. What is wrong with all the negative comments about such a beautiful name anyway? Congratulations to Mrs. Urban and Mr. Urban. May God richly bless them all today and always.
