As if you didn’t get enough of it from Britney, here’s a strung-out Amy Winehouse going through a drive-thru in London, begging the paps to let her buy them a cheeseburger.
At first I was like, “Oh my God, she’s driving!” And then I remembered that cars are backwards in England, and she’s actually the passenger. I’m so unworldly.
The little girl in the back seat is supposedly her god-daughter, who is adorable and should be kept away from Amy at all costs at this point.
I bet she smells funny.
I know she roams the streets at 4am. But here she actually seems really nice!
I agree that she seems nice, but by most accounts Amy is “nice” (unless you’re some dude getting head-butted by her by 4:00A). She does, however, seem to have the signature junkie’s inability to stay still or move in non-manic motions.
…wow. it’s so sad(sincerely, not as in ‘pathetic’) to see her like that, especially bc she does seem to be a sweet sorta person when she’s not head-butting people.

This was so insanely funny to watch. And it makes me feel (a little) bad because I like Amy Winehouse. But my inability to tolerate stupidity is at odds with my sense of pity. And that’s not counting my predisposition to laugh at junkies on TV. It’s like watching the monkeys at the zoo.
And I totally agree with the whole keeping her God-Daughter away from her. Britain’s children are already screwed up as they are, they don’t need extra examples to let their imaginations flourish.
it’s heartbreaking, really. she seems like such a sweet person. i hate to see that this is happening to her. i sincerely hope she gets well.
Is she the love child of Perry Farrell and Keith Richards? GOOD GAWD that child is a tweaker. It’s too bad she already looks like Keith and she’s a 1/3 of his age. It’s sad that the music business promotes addiction, especially to this degree-absolutely sad.

I feel sorry for her. She seems like she is nice. She needs to change that shirt though, it has been on for quite some time now. Who am I to talk, I have been in the same sweats for a couple days, but I have been battling the flu. Maybe that isn’t a good excuse. I am heading to the shower.
