Today's Evil Beet Gossip

I Don’t Think This Country Particularly Cares Who It Elects in 2008

It just wants Bush out.

Here’s George W. Bush throwing out the opening pitch at a Nationals game. He’s booed throughout the entire thing. The whole damn stadium. Booing.

The commentators mention what a good pitch he threw, and how he, unlike most other Presidents doing the same, actually stood on the pitcher’s mound.

That’s really great, Mr. Bush.

It’s just that whole war in Iraq thing …

  • Um…. clearly you can’t blame one man for all this. He also has his merry band of ass clowns dipping fingers in peoples’ life savings, and murdering anything that comes in their way. There is no safe politician anymore. They’re like defense lawyers. I don’t trust them any further than I can throw them.

  • yeah, they are all so much better while they are not empowered
and they get so wonderful after leaving the throne of the empire.
one day , this man will be considered as a hero
    maybe he must die first
which is what usually happens before glorification
    History repeats itself

  • MambaX, why must you say such depressing things? Whyyyyy!

    It’s probably unfortunately true. Ugh.

  • > one day , this man will be considered as a hero

Only perhaps by members of the KKK.

This man will be looked back on as a complete buffoon.

  • He’s definitely no prize, but if you think any of the candidates running in November are any better, you are dreamin’.

  • So you should cheer a war criminal just because he is your president?

Engage your brain and turn off the patriotism autopilot, you moron.

  • shame on them, to treat our president that way and in such a public way is a disgrace to this country regardless of the decisions he has made.

  • Donkey: You don’t have to go from one extreme to the other, you know. I think there SHOULD be more respect at least for the office if not the man. And blaming all the economic woes on one man is ridiculous also. The housing situation wouldn’t be what it is if people would not have gotten loans or signed paperwork that they simply should not have. I see signs for car dealerships “no credit, no job no problem!”. Um, YEAH problem! And the government bailing people out is a bad choice, too. Just where is THAT money coming from?! You and me. Well, if we work, that is. Or we could just get on the system and be part of the problem…..
