In 2004, reports of a video tape emerged (although it has not been publicly released[1]) which allegedly featured Paris Hilton having sex with Lenz. The video was reportedly filmed on Hilton’s 22nd birthday on February 15, 2003.
In June 2004, Lenz was assaulted in a Los Angeles nightclub by Bijou Phillips, who, coincidentally, had appeared in a nude Playboy pictorial just one month after Lenz’ Playmate appearance. The fight was broken up by Matthew Perry who later testified on Lenz’ behalf. Phillips pleaded no contest to the criminal charges and Lenz has filed a civil suit.[1]
