When is Britney Spears going to go to jail? She’s the last on the list!
Nicole Richie was sentenced today to spend four days in jail following her DUI last year. This was Nicole’s second DUI, and the minimum sentence in California is five days in jail. However, Nicole was given a full day of credit for the six hours she spent in the slammer after her arrest.
The pregnant Nicole is due in January. Sources say that it is unlikely she will be forced to spend time in jail before she gives birth.
So what gives? Paris gets 45 days in jail for driving on a suspended license, and Nicole gets four days for her second DUI? I guess it all depends on the judge …
Paris was stopped twice for driving Sans License, after a DUI she signed a paper stating she knew better the first time and did it again and she failed to go to AA meetings.. get rehabbed.. and she failed to obey the court in a timely manner on all the above, plus she lied to the court and said she didn’t do those things but was misinformed and it was her pr’s fault.. Uh huh.
It is sad that good parent/s should have reckless kids like Nicole. Mr Richie has always been a perfect gentleman that respects himself, the law and the American people. If I am him, I will think seriously of distancing myself from the wanton kid called Nicole.
From what I know, seen, heard and have read about Hollywood celebrities during the past 35 years, I would be willing to “gamble” that all this Jail Nonsense (Paris Hylton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan), is nothing more than a “cheap and sick”, Publicity Stunt !!!!

DUI stands for Driving Under the Influence. Of either drugs, alchohol, sleep deprivation and in the cases of Paris, Lindsay and Nicole, stupidity.
I think they have 1 brain cell between them and have to share.
Ooops I forgot, I also wanted to say I agree with Miguel. Except I feel that these girls have this bet where they each have to one up the others when they do something crazy. First it started with the crotch shots splashed all over the tabloids, then it was the driving drunk/drugged, now it’s the jail time.
I really think Lindsay is gonna win this particular bet hands down. I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets a year.
