Sultry singer Lana Del Rey has left a giant clue as to who her new album is about.
Lana promoted her new album “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd” on only one billboard in the US. Where is that billboard? In Tulsa. Where her ex-boyfriend lives.
Lana's ex is Sean Larkin, a cop with the Tulsa PD. He was also the cohost on A&E's LivePD, till the show was canceled in 2020. He also cohosts a podcast called Cops and Cocktails.
The two only dated for 6 months in early 2020 and when they broke up they said it was amicable. But I guess Del Rey has rethought the break up and decided there were still a few things she wanted to get off her chest.
“There’s only one and it’s in Tulsa,” Del Rey captioned a photo of the billboard on her private Instagram page. A screenshot of the post is circulating on Twitter.
“It’s. Personal,” she added in the comments.
Adding insult to injury, Del Rey dropped her album title track and album announcement on Larkin’s birthday, Dec. 7.

Lana Del Rey took to twitter this week to share her personal experience with the increase of robberies lately.
Del Rey says she parked her car on Melrose Place and when she got back someone had broken all her windows and stolen her backpack from the car.
In that backpack were three camcorders, multiple hard drives, and her computer. And on those drives and computer were unreleased songs and 200 pages of a book she had been writing for Simon and Shuster, all of which was gone now.
Lana says she did not have her book backed up to the cloud because she just doesn't have a cloud service. To that I point to Simon and Shuster. You should insist on cloud backup with all the contracted books you agreed to. This shit should not be able to happen in 2022.
Lana was forced to delete it all to save it from getting leaked and will just have to start again.
If you're interested in hearing more details, Lana posted 4 very candid videos on her twitter telling what happened and how she is doing since.

I feel it was just this summer that sultry singer Lana Del Ray was dating that hot cop from the show "Live PD". The relationship stood out because of it's total weirdness.
But on Monday night, the Paradise singer performed "Love You Like A Woman" on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon — and fans were abuzz on Twitter about a massive rock on her ring finger.
Lana is usu...
Few things make as much sense as Lana Del Rey releasing a book of poetry — evoking mood is like, her whole thing. And she's good at it! After announcing the collection in January and posting a few preview stanzas on Instagram, the singer has finally released more details about when and how we can read her verse.
Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass will be a low-key, self-published affair. Del Rey shared with Instagram followers last night that she is binding the book herself, and in...
Though she owns several substantially larger and much more expensive residences in some of Los Angeles’s most expensive zip codes, eagle-eyed real estate sources say indie pop queen Lana Del Rey has shelled out almost $1.2 million — about 20% more than the not quite $1 million asking price — for a historic two-bedroom and one-bathroom cabin in the not too long ago unsung and now hipster-thronged Echo Park area of Los Angeles. The property was listed with Diana Braun at Compass.
Built in 1911, the just over 1,200-square-foot vintage cabin was restored, updated and decorated in a rustic-chic and photograph-friendly fashion by the seller, designer Leanne Ford, host of the HGTV series “Restored by the Fords.”

James Franco and Lana Del Rey have somehow, despite being on their own planets, managed to form a sort of bizarre friendship. I suppose it's because they're both so ~artistic~ and really understand one another. They actually spent a lot of time together over recent months in Los Angeles, and Franco gave like, an entire soliloquy on his feelings about Lana to V Magazine. Here is some of it:
She’s weird. But she never wanted to be a live performer anyway. If she could have, she would have made h...
Eminem has been problematic (to say the least) throughout his career. His violent lyrics - particularly towards women and gay/trans people - have been a serious cause for concern, even though he's brushed it off as an "alter ego" and whatever the fuck other nonsense he's saying. Well, now that he's prepping for the release of his new album, he's back on the scene and offending people left and right.
Take, for instance, his cypher which he did with some fellow labelmates. I won't go too far ...
Lana Del Rey did a concert at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery last Friday night, for some reason (of course she did), and everyone was having a grand old time, listening to faux-morbid music in a graveyard. That is, until James Franco tackled a photographer who, of course, wants to sue him now.
From TMZ:
James Franco took down a photog while leaving the Lana Del Rey concert Friday night in Hollywood ... this according to the paparazzo -- who now wants justice.
Franco attended the LDR show...
Lana Del Rey isn't going away, and I'm really happy about that. In fact, she's roaring back with a vengeance. Her album, Ultraviolence, is number one on the Billboard 200 chart. And she's breaking all kinds of records. From Billboard:
Singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey captures her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, as "Ultraviolence" bows atop the list. The album, which was released June 17, sold 182,000 in the week ending June 22, according to Nielsen SoundScan — her best sales week ...
A lot of people probably expected Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, to end up fucked up like her parents. Surprisingly, that hasn't happened, and she seems to have a pretty good head on her shoulders and doesn't suffer fools gladly. Case in point? She's sorta sick of Lana Del Rey's melodramatic bullshit about wanting to be dead and thinks she needs to take a serious dose of STFU with all this "I wish I was dead" crap she's been spewing lately and her...
Lana Del Rey is kinda nuts, to the point where people are wondering if this whole thing is not just Elizabeth Grant (her real name) playing a character called Lana Del Rey. Not so, says Lana - she's who she's meant to be and she doesn't do anything with anyone else in mind.
From NPR:
Not everybody has thought it's a good idea to have lines like "He hit me and it felt a kiss."
Definitely. But that's been the theme of my career. The thing about me is, coming from an alternative music backgro...
Lana Del Rey is a bona fide weirdo. We're all on the same page about that, right? She was a wannabe popstar who turned moody chanteuse who sings only about pickup trucks, California, excessive drinking and blue jeans... and we love her for it. However, her reticence to discuss actual life issues - especially ones that effect her as a woman and, you know, every other woman in the world, seems kind of bizarre and confusing to me. According to Lana, however, she doesn't want to talk about things like feminism because she...
