It is finally being reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have come to an agreement in their near decade long divorce procedures. But don't expect to learn too many of the guidelines. yet.

More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt with help from family solicitors. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over.

A source close to Jolie adds, "She doesn’t speak ill of [Brad] publicly or privately. She’s been trying hard to be light after a dark time."

The judge and bother parties have basically sealed the details and neither has ever been the type to spill all. But in time children grow up and things get out... it's likely we'll hear more details eventually.

TMZ, which is essentially the New York Times of the gossip world, is reporting that Kanye and Bianca are heading for splitsville.

Kanye has been in Tokyo while Bianca is believed to have returned to her native Australia to be with her family during this tough time.

Now, insiders have claimed the pair had been 'drifting apart,' before a recent visit from her loved ones confirmed the end of their romance.  

'They broke up some time ago,' a source reported. 'Bianca started to see the relationship in a new light when her friends and family voiced concerns about the way she was dressing in public and Kanye felt that she wasn’t as into him as she was in the beginning.'

The source continued: 'There are no hard feelings but she couldn’t ignore her family when they asked her to explain the stranger parts of their relationship. They have broken up before so there is a chance they’ll reunite.'

Only time will say for sure.

Last month the world learned that crazy ex presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy was suspected of cheating on his wife, actress Cheryl Hines.

RFK's suspected affair was with journalist Olivia Nuzzi. Her employer said the let her go in September when she admitted to an inappropriate 'personal relationship' with the nephew of President John F Kennedy.

Now People.com is reporting that Hines has been seen out without her wedding ring and is even talking divorce.

A source close to Hines said the actress is embarrassed. “She's been very angry about it. She has a great support team to vent to though,” the source says of the actress, detailing that “everyone's on her side, of course.”

The Curb Your Enthusiasm star, 59, is currently considering taking legal action, the insider adds.

“She's been talking about filing for divorce, but he's begging her not to file,” the source told People.com of the pair. “But how many times can you forgive a partner that's dishonest and goes behind your back? It's just ridiculous behavior from a grown, married man."

He's one of the best golfers in the world and was about to be one of the worlds most eligible bachelors, but no more.

This evening TMZ broke that golf pro Rory McIlroy has called off his divorce from wife Erica Stoll.

Back on May 13th Rory filed to end his seven year marriage to Erica. The two share one child, Poppy, who is 4 years old. While most players bring their wives on tour, Rory's wife was always absent from his many winning performances and it made people wonder if the two were on the rocks.

“There have been rumors about my personal life recently, which is unfortunate. Responding to each rumor is a fool’s game," McIlroy told The Guardian on Tuesday.

“Over the past weeks, Erica and I have realized that our best future was as a family together. Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning.”

No word on whether Erica and Poppy will be on tour more often, but we're happy for the pair.

We've seen some very unsettling behavour from Britney in the last few days including medical staff being called out to the Chateau Marmont where she and her current boyfriend were fighting and Brit was out of control.

It's possible one of the catalysts of this recent breakdown was knowing an LA judge was signing and finalizing her divorce from Sam Asghari.

On Thursday a judge determined settlement details and TMZ said there wasn't much to report.

"Sam and Britney had an ironclad prenup in place -- which basically left Sam with nothing substantial. We know she agreed to pay his rent at his new place for a bit ... and while there were talks of her cutting him a check, it's unclear if that ever happened;" the publication wrote.

It was just earlier this summer when Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann filed for divorce, with Kroy taking the lead.

Kroy made multiple accusations of things that led the 'irreconcilable differences' claim that he listed on his court docs. Among them uncontrolled spending and too much drinking.

Kim responded by saying Kroy was suffering mental health problems from playing in the NFL and that was the lead cause of the split.

Either way, by early July they were seen going to church with their children and by July 7th the couple rescinded their request to divorce.

Well time can't heal all wounds because Thursday afternoon Kroy refilled his petition for divorce from Zolciak.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the couple's date of separation was listed as April 30, with The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum saying their marriage is "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation."

Kim—who shares Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia with the former NFL player, and is also mom to Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21—also requested primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody, per the docs.

Six years of marriage in the world of celebrities is often considered a decent run for two people. So it goes for Ricky Martin and husband Jwan Yosef who announced Thursday they were divorcing after 6 years.

"We have decided to end our marriage with love, respect and dignity for our children and honoring what we have experienced as a couple all these wonderful years," the Puerto Rican superstar and the Syrian-Swedish artist said in a joint statement.

"Our greatest desire now is to continue having a healthy family dynamic and a relationship centered on peace and friendship to continue the joint upbringing of our children, preserving the respect and love we have for each other," continue the ex-couple, who share two kids: daughter Lucia, born in 2018, and son Renn, born in 2019. Kim Zolciak made her bones on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, but once she was married to a pro football player she thought her financial woes were over. Nope.

Word it Kim and her husband Troy owe $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, penalties and interest to the IRS, according to TMZ. Kim and Kroy allegedly did not pay in 2013, 2017 and for 2018. 

The reality stars also reportedly owe the state of Georgia $15,000 in unpaid taxes from 2018. 

They're home in Georgia went into foreclosure back in February. Despite that Kim went on Instagram to show off her opulent new chandelier. So you can see where the money went.

Now Kim has filed for divorce.

Christine Baumgartner married Costner (his second wife) almost two decades ago, but on Tuesday afternoon she filed with the LA courts for divorce, according to TMZ.

The 68-year-old actor and 49-year-old Baumgartner, a model and fashion designer, started dating in 2000 and tied the knot at Costner's Aspen, Colorado ranch in 2004.

The split is said to be due to 'irreconcilable differences,' with Baumgartner asking for joint custody of their three children - Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 12.

Costner filed his response to the divorce on Tuesday, and he is also seeking joint custody of their children.

It's been a week since police were asking for the publics help in finding a missing Drake Bell. The Nickelodeon actor had threatened suicide to his estranged wife before vanishing. When he was found he apologized for worrying anyone.

Now TMZ has obtained documents stating Drakes wife, 28 year old Von Schmeling, has officially filed for divorce.

The pair are parents to one-year-old son Wyatt Bell, who Von Schmeling is asking for primary legal and physical custody of.

Von Schmeling said that she is open to Bell receiving visitation of their son as part of a divorce agreement.

Drake has had ongoing drug and alcohol problems, so the idea she wants to ease into his parenting the child makes sense.

It's no longer a threat, but a promise. Reese Witherspoon has filed the paperwork to officially divorce husband of 12 years, Jim Toth.

People magazine obtained documents showing Reece, 47, listed "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce when she filed Saturday in the Circuit Court of Davidson County, Tenn.

The documents also show that there was a prenup in place and that the two will share custody of their 10 year old son, Tennessee James.

Witherspoon and the CAA talent agent announced their divorce in a joint statement last Friday, days before their 12th anniversary.

"We have some personal news to share..." they began. "It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce.
