If you overindulged in anything this past weekend whether it be food, drink, ham hocks or heavy cream, I’ve got just the thing that will take the edge – and the guilt- off: otherwise hot celebrity women with no makeup.

A lot of times we’ll get the obligatory shots of a dilapidated Pamela Anderson or Courtney Love leaving the house without being airbrushed, and it doesn’t fail to surprise us because they’re kind of trashy and drugged-out-looking anyway.  I mean, you can only keep up the facade for so long before tiny little cracks begin to form in its foundation and in its cheap makuep, so it goes hand in hand often times.

But I, personally, like makeup.  I think it’s fun to play with and it’s handy for a night out, but I often leave the house without it. Going to the grocery store? You’ll find me at Whole Foods in yoga pants, a hooded sweatshirt, hard-soled bedroom slippers and a makeup-free face. No one gives a crap about what I look like without makeup, and for good reason: I’m not a celebrity. But when these women head out of the house all fresh-faced and bed-headed, people pay attention.  It’s just fascinating to look through photos of famous women without their faces on because it gives us a glimpse into the fact that these people look exactly.  like.  us.  And in some cases?  We’re even better looking. So go ahead – do just what you’ve been dying to do since you ate that last fruitcake in its entirety and validate your good looks in these photos.  You know you want to.

Paris Hilton looks soooo happy to be attending the Life Rolls On benefit in Beverly Hills on Saturday. The foundation “exists to be a grassroots resource that provides hope and is an advocate on behalf of young people whose lives have been affected by spinal cord injury.” The “honorary co-chairpersons” for the event were Kelly Slater and Minnie Driver (and, if they were there, WireImage’s photogs missed them), and Molly Sims and Brooke Burns showed up as well.

But I suppose if I’m going to stand up for Lindsay Lohan, I should note that Paris hasn’t totally sucked this week. When she wasn’t too occupied lending her support to Taco Bell, she managed to support this SCI charity and some eco-friendly cars. So, okay, Paris. You get a gold star for this past week. We’ll see how you do in the coming week.

Everyone seemed to be in a genuinely good mood on Sunday at the Disney-sponsored event to support the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in Westwood.

Jamie-Lynn Spears was there with an unidentified guest (a boyfriend, maybe? Anyone know who this Abercrombied hottie is?), and, boy, she must just be really happy that it’s not her sister in jail right now. A very pregnant Bridget Moynahan was goofing around with an adorable Molly Sims. Lauren Conrad showed up with Audrina Patridge (not surprisingly, there was no Heidi Montag in sight). Carmen Electra showed up, as did ex-hubby Dave Navarro (wearing the most adorable little shirt — I’m pretty sure I got the same one at Banana Republic a few seasons ago). Brooke Burke even brought a cowboy hat. And, of course, my darling Ashley Tisdale, once again investing her time and energy in charity rather than partying.
