We all know Miley Cyrus is going through some shit, as reflected in her new “music”. If single ‘We Can’t Stop’ is anything to go by (as well as all the “Liam left her because she’s a party animal stories), she spends much of her time doing drugs, drinking and twerking. As you do at that age, I guess? I don’t know, that was never my scene. In any case, Miley wants us all to know that in the process of her rebirth as the poor man’s white Rihanna, she found herself and got in contact with her spirit’s essence or some bullshit.

“I’m not the same person I was six months ago – I’m not even the same person I was two weeks ago.

“It’s not like I’m losing who I am – I actually found out more about who I am by making this music.”

The singer unveiled her new single ‘We Can’t Stop’ earlier this month, which serves as the lead cut from her upcoming fourth studio album.

Cyrus added that she has “given everything” during the recording process for the LP.

“I never stop working, ever,” she admitted. “I want my record to be the biggest record in the world, and I’ve given everything to get here, even down to friends and family and relationships – I’ve just put this music first.”

Amanda Bynes may or may not be faking this whole insanity thing (nope, she’s not), and she’s starting to want to make amends with all the people she’s called ugly. Well, at least Miley Cyrus and Drake… sorta.

Here’s the scoop: After Amanda insulted Miley for no apparent reason, Miley responded, saying:

“I was rooting for her comeback until she started attacking me. And I just thought it was hilarious that she mentioned my name the moment I was the worldwide trending topic on Twitter.”

Okay, first of all, there’s nothing “hilarious” about that – that’s you having your head up your own ass, Miley. You know what else is a trending topic on Twitter right this second? #BugünMilyonlarKAZLIÇE?MEDE – and I don’t see who/whatever the hell that is getting all huffy. Anyway, that’s besides the point. Amanda apparently had a change of heart and said that now Miley’s one of the prettiest:

Well, that’s… special. And even Perez Hilton got an apology! And I don’t even think he deserved one!

Unfortunately, Drake was left out in the cold and in fact she re-stated her earlier insistence that he’s one ugly dude. But wait! She’s had ANOTHER change of heart and now Drake’s back in her good books now, as well.

I don’t know what’s going on, but whatever. We’ll probably never find out.

I think it’s pretty clear that Miley Cyrus has been… shall we say, “going through some shit” lately, which is manifesting in her love of twerking and her insistence on writing shitty songs about doing drugs and being in the club. You know, standard early 20-something nonsense that we love her for regardless, I suppose. Anyhow, if the album’s not done and dusted, expect a few heartfelt emotional ballads about the difficulty of life as you know it changing forever, because Billy Ray and Tish – her parents, that is – are getting a divorce.

Billy Ray’s wife, Tish Cyrus, is citing “irreconcilable differences” in her filing.  Her decision to pull the plug on the marriage comes 3 years after Billy Ray filed for divorce but dropped it in an attempt to work things out.

Billy Ray and Tish have been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including, of course, Miley.  There’s only one minor child left, Noah Cyrus, who is 13.  Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation to Billy Ray.

Tish is also asking for spousal support, and she wants him to pay her attorney’s fees.  The date of separation is listed as TBD.

Tish tells TMZ, “This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

A few hours ago, Miley tweeted @billyraycyrus, “since your texts and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this?”

Interesting … when Billy Ray filed the first time he had said Miley’s fame compromised their family.

LOL Damn, how’s Billy Ray gonna ignore Miley’s texts like that? He acts like he’s got any other kind of meal ticket. Don’t even fool yourself in thinking that there is any royalty money left in ‘Achy Breaky Heart’, because there just isn’t, and Noah’s early attempts at pole dancing her way to fame as a 9-year-old clearly didn’t pan out, so he’d better hang on for dear life. (And yes, I’m being sarcastic, for those of you unaware of the concept.)

At the end of the day, shit happens, people get divorced, yada yada. Let’s just hope this doesn’t spiral Miley into a whole new level of insanity.

Miley Cyrus hasn’t said anything definitive about her alleged breakup with Liam Hemsworth until today. In a radio interview with Hot 99.5 in D.C., Ms. Cyrus responded to the DJ’s inquiry about her and Justin Bieber being romantically involved with a big fat,

I’m ENGAGED! I’m engaged. That is impossible.

Amanda Bynes is notorious for calling people ugly, and no one is off limits. From Perez Hilton to Drake to her own father, she has serious opinions on those who aren’t up to par aesthetically, and her newest target is Miley Cyrus.

Taking to her Twitter page (where else?) on Tuesday, Amanda posted a photo of Miley and @ messaged her to let her know she hasn’t been touched by beauty.  Oh, snap!

Damn, that’s cold. Miley hasn’t responded thus far (and if she’s smart, she won’t) but what the hell prompted that? Not that crazy really needs a reason, but it did seem rather random, even for Amanda. But for all those haters, she has one thing to say:

Miley Cyrus just can’t stop partying, but then why should she? She’s young, she’s (probably) single, she’s rich and loves twerking… sounds like a recipe for a good time (or my worst nightmare, but I’m trying to put my mind at one with the kids these days). But listen, just because Miley likes to do Molly and back that ass up from Calabasas to the Hollywood Hills doesn’t mean she’s still not working hard.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have got to be the most annoying on-again off-again couple in history (though Kristen/Rob and Rihanna/Chris could definitely take that title). So when I saw this blind item I thought, this has to be about them. From Blind Gossip:

– Item says “young celebrity couple”, without specifying what their jobs in the industry are. It also says she has a “new project” to promote — note the use of the word “project” and not movie. Which leads me to believe that this isn’t about an actress, and that this couple is from different entertainment circles. Liam is an actor, Miley is a singer.

– They’re known for being on and off and despite all clear signs that they’re off, they haven’t officially confirmed it.

– I can totally see Miley being into girls. This is based on a few little things, like Miley “teasing” that she’d like to make out with Rihanna, and oh, these photos of her making out with a girl (thanks, Hollywood Life!). There was also a story last year from ClevverNews that Miley was “caught” kissing a girl in NYC.

– Miley has a much talked about upcoming album. Lots of buzz.

– As Lainey Gossip pointed out, Liam just joined twitter. So far all he’s tweeted is a hello and a blatant promotional tweet for his upcoming film, but I can absolutely see him using this as a way to show his support for Miley’s album. A tweet here and there as the release date gets closer. He’s following only 13 people and one of them is Miley. Kind of weird to follow your ex-fiance, unless you don’t want people to know you actually broke up, and unless you’re only using twitter as a promotional tool instead of a personal outlet.

– Finally, Liam (23) is older than Miley (20).

The one thing though is that he needs her WAY more than she needs him, and the wording of this item suggests that keeping the charade benefits her more.

Y’all know I support young Miley Cyrus as she continues to find herself in life. She’s young, she’s trying on different identities, she’s a total mess, etc. I can dig it. Even when it means she makes stupid songs with Snoop Lion. However, she’s now released a new single called ‘We Can’t Stop’ and homegirl really, really should.

In the song, she sings about doing lines in a bathroom, getting high on Molly, twerking and just acting the general fool. Ah, youth. Except, you know, not. Her vocals are overdubbed and put through so much autotune that she comes out sounding like a twisted ass Rihanna, and that’s not a good thing.

To make matters worse, she’s now opened up a Facebook competition for all her fans. Basically, you send in a video of yourself twerking to her new song – despite the fact that it’s not really twerking material – and the ones she likes best, she’ll put together in a fan-made video. Because if there’s one thing you want to be remembered for in your life, it’s shaking your ass cheeks in a former Disney child star’s video for a shitty song. Lord almighty.

Miley Cyrus and Snoop Dogg made that weird ‘Ashtrays and Heartbreaks’ song a few months back when Miley got into her weed smoking phase and now they’ve gone and made a video for it. It’s… special.

Why is Snoop a ghost? Why is Miley trying to be hood with her doorknockers? Why does this song exist? So many questions, so few answers. I like Miley and all, and I like Snoop, but the two combined just seem… bizarre, and not even an in intriguing way. More like a “please make it stop” way.

Miley and Liam, the most annoying couple after Gwyneth Paltrow and Gwyneth Paltrow, keep breaking up and getting back together but this time Us Weekly is boldly announcing that, like, no seriously you guys, they’re soooo over. How sick are we of this crap by now? It was only 5 days ago that people were saying that they’re back after that whole ridiculous January Jones bullshit. A few weeks after Chris and Luke Hemsworth staged an intervention with their younger sibling to voice their concerns about his engagement to fiancee Miley Cyrus, the Hunger Games actor has called it quits with the former Disney star, multiple sources reveal in the new issue of Us Weekly.

“They are definitely over,” one insider tells Us of the ex-lovebirds, who met on the set of The Last Song in 2009 and got engaged in June 2012. (Hemsworth, 23, proposed with a 3.5-carat diamond ring, which Cyrus, 20, has worn on and off ever since.)

Maybe it’s a good thing that Miley Cyrus kept that engagement ring, because it’s looking like she and fiancé Liam Hemsworth have managed to patch things up for the time being and their engagement is back on! This, all because a source told US Weekly that they saw the couple kissing. Okay, sure.

She and Liam Hemsworth, 23 — who hit a rough patch this spring and stopped planning their wedding — got cozy at a party at her L.A. home May 10.

“She was kissing him,” says a witness. “They were definitely back on.”

Her engagement ring has reappeared too. After flaunting her bare finger in March and April, Cyrus, 20, rocked the 3.5-carat Neil Lane sparkler at the May 15 Maxim Hot 100 party at Create in Hollywood.

Still, friends doubt that the couple will last. “They break up, get back together, repeat,” says one pal. “They will eventually burn out.”

Apparently Liam’s bros (like, his actual bros) have been trying to stage an intervention, as well, and really want him to break up with Miley for good. Yo, why do people always have to meddle in other people’s business? Like, let homeboy make his own mistakes. If he wants to be with her, let him be with her. YOU don’t have to be with her, so what’s your point? People always have too much shit to say.
