This side-by-side comparison video of the Glee and Madonna’s versions of Vogue has been making it’s way around this morning and I had to share it with you. When you see it like this, you can’t deny that what they’re doing over at Glee is pretty impressive, at least in this respect.

Of course this only makes me more excited about a Britney episode of Glee. Her videos are some of the most fun/campy videos ever.

“Bob is not authentic at all. He’s a plagiarist, and his name and voice are fake. Everything about Bob is a deception. We are like night and day, he and I. Americans have decided to be stupid and shallow since 1980. Madonna is like Nero; she marks the turning point.”

-Joni Mitchell, going after Bob Dylan and Madonna in an LA Times interview this week.

Damn, Joni Mitchell. Damn.

Glee‘s Madonna episode just aired and a Lady Gaga episode is in the works as well, so why the hell hasn’t Britney Spears had her episode yet? Britney’s manager asked via Twitter this week, “Do you guys want to see a Britney episode of GLEE?” and ever since that bug was put in my ear, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. YES, I want a Britney episode of Glee! In fact, they should probably stop production on the Lady Gaga episode until they pay The Queen her due.

And while there’s a chance that a Britney episode may happen, I’m confused as to why the biggest pop star we’ve had in years is once again getting the shaft compared to Lady Gaga. I get that FOX needs to cash in on the Gaga craze while she’s still relevant, but she’s only had like, five singles and you know that none of those songs would have been as popular as they were if it weren’t for the music videos that went with them. Someone like Britney or Madonna has had hits that stand on their own two feet up to a decade after they were released. Let’s see if we’re bumping “Bad Romance” in 2020, OK?

I’d also like to see a Christina Aguilera and an Alanis Morissette episode of Glee, although the latter might be a little bit mature for a high school choir. If Justin Bieber gets his own episode before either one of those things go down, I’mma throw a fit.

Looks like Sarah Jessica Parker’s in trouble … for absconding with Madonna’s guns.

SJP was photographed earlier this week hanging out with one of her twin baby daughters and son, but I was too blinded by the children’s beauty to see the forest for the trees.

Parker’s been looking all ripped up for a few years now, but I’m thinking lately she’s rivaling the sinewy, veiny, transparent-skinned Madonna with those crazy massive biceps.

So … who would win in a fight to the finish? Sarah Jessica Parker or Madonna?

And she’s trying her best to follow in Mama’s footsteps by launching her very own career in the entertainment industry.

Naturally, Madonna has some pull pretty much everywhere in the world, not just in third world countries or with 19 year-old male models, so she’s set out to secure daughter Lourdes a “small role” in an upcoming film that the Queen of Pop has another hand in. The film is based on the life of Edward VIII.

This is a total change of pace for the protective Madonna — she wouldn’t even allow Lourdes to take part in a Harry Potter flick in 2007 — one that Lourdes not only auditioned for, but had received the role.

Sources close to Madonna state that she’s finally “ready” to allow Lourdes into show business and has scrupulously molded her in the best way she can over the past few years.

All I know is that Lourdes is one fierce chick and if she’s anything like her mother, we’re going to see a lot of this girl in the coming years.

Madge is looking to be a momma again, but after the hullabaloo that went down with her adoption of Mercy, she’s thinking about surrogacy instead.

“Madonna wants another baby of her own, so she’s meeting with a fertility expert to discuss her options,” a source claimed.

“After what Madonna went through during the adoption of Mercy, she is ruling out going back to Malawi. There’s no way she wants to put herself in that position again, where she thought she had the baby, then there were endless delays and red tape.”

The insider added: “She knows it will be tough finding the perfect surrogate to carry her baby, as they will have to be discreet and utterly trustworthy throughout the pregnancy and birth.”

Madge reportedly started considering the idea of surrogacy after talking with Sarah Jessica Parker about her experience. There’s no clear indication of who would be providing the little white and squigglies for this endeavor, but it almost definitely won’t be an immaculate conception as Madonna broke up with longtime boyfriend Jesus earlier this week.

Start sprucing up those uteri gals! You could be the one to pop a pop-star’s progeny out of your pootang, if your womb is deemed worthy.
