Kate Moss and W magazine are both under fire for a recent photo shoot that Moss did for the magazine’s March 2012 issue. The article headline blares, “Good Kate, Bad Kate: Whether angel or devil, Kate Moss beguiles in any guise.” Innocent enough, right? No. Apparently not quite. According to Radar Online, several religious groups are outraged:

They [the photos] have caused outrage among conservative groups, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

“Clearly W magazine needs to generate some controversy to pretend it matters, so it’s turned to today’s standby and decided to bash Christianity,” Dan Gainor of the Culture and Media Institute exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “Everything W has done here, from making the issue the ‘Fashion Bible’ to having Moss hold a crucifix provocatively between her legs, is designed to provoke controversy and mock religion. We get it, hating Christians is certainly in fashion. … Interestingly, W tried to create twin covers showing a good and a bad Kate Moss. Given how twisted W is for mocking religion, they should have stuck to just one cover — the bad — to reflect the magazine itself. While Moss can be faulted for appearing in this spread, it’s the responsibility of the magazine’s editors not to try to profit by denigrating faith. Instead of high-brow fashion, readers get low-brow bigotry,” he concluded.

I don’t know. I go to church every week, believe it or not, and I think the shoot is perfectly OK. Not only do I think it’s OK, I actually think it’s pretty creative, and Kate frankly looks awesome. The shoot is kind of risque, and though W made a play on “good” and “bad,” using religious aspects like angels and devils and demons or whatever, it’s still a play on words. For the sake of fashion. It’s not like we’re talking the mockery of war-ravaged countries on the brink of social eruption or something.

Come on now. Don’t we all have more important things to worry about than something like this? Girlfriend most recently posed as David Bowie – how bad can it all really be?

I consider myself to be a pretty easygoing person. I can see the bright side in almost anything, and I try not to let things that bother me affect me too much. However there are some exceptions:

1. Lea Michele is the most annoying girl in Hollywood and she always manages to get under my skin.
2. You don’t make fun of Jessica Simpson. You can tease, but it always comes from a loving place. There is no excuse for being mean to Jessica Simpson.
3. David Bowie is sacred and he is not to be touched.

Yeah, I know I can get somewhat irrational over these things, but these are issues that are close to my heart, and I think it’s ok to believe in something. And that is why this Vogue cover of Kate Moss pulling a Ziggy Stardust bugs me so much. I know she’s done it before, and I know that it’s just one photo, but it’s the principal of the thing and it bothers me and I’m hormonal and get off my back, Mom, I’ll come get my books when I get a chance!

Ah, Kate Moss. She who sort of helped usher in the uber-skinny movement to the nineties. These days, though, Kate’s known most for her hard-partying ways, her on-again and off-again relationship with Jamie Hince, her awesome clothing line at Top Shop, and the fact that she probably smells like cigarette smoke, unwashed hair, money, Pete Doherty’s half-rotted teeth, and stale marijuana.

She’s also been photographed recently for Love magazine’s Androgyny Issue, while sucking face (or at least maybe pretending to, anyway) with another chick, and you know what? I’m all kinds of ‘meh’ about these photos – Kate is still a fabulously striking woman, but the whole shock and awe of same-sex face-sucking fests has kind of gotten lost in translation. Maybe back in the nineties it’d be considered edgy and innovative, but girl? It’s been done time and time again. I’m just not fazed anymore.

You’re still awfully purty, though.

Verdict: Hot or Not?

You know, I’m actually getting kind of sick of hearing about the nocturnal activities that Courtney Love’s vagina participates in. Especially when they’re completely outlandish, like sleeping with Kate Moss.

Come on, Court. Kate Moss? Really? I know Moss probably doesn’t remember the majority of the nineties, and the fact that she’s a coke-blowing super-floozy doesn’t really help, but even the craziest, ho-iest of coke-blowing floozies have some standards, you know.

While that decade was a blur for both of these lovely ladies, Courtney claims that the affair had nothing to do with drugs, and had all to do with sheer, animalistic, uh, attraction:

“It’s a great story for the grandchildren, so yeah. Kate wasn’t doing a lot of drugs. It was just a thing that happened … It happened and it was fun and whatever. And she talks about it and so I hope she doesn’t get mad that I outed her about it. I feel like such a kiss and tell. Kate’s great though! Kate’s a good friend of mine. I almost bought her house in St John’s Wood, London.”

Love also states that it wasn’t her first partner-swapping experience, and that, at least, I believe.

Just … disappear into oblivion, Courtney. Please. Your act is getting totally desperate and isn’t getting you anywhere good anytime soon.

Normally we don’t really do these “Is She or Isn’t She Pregnant?” posts because God knows that I look pregnant after lunch most days and pregnancy is pretty personal and no one needs our noses up in their cervix. But Kate Moss, you guys. She looks preggo, huh? I seriously doubt homegirl “ate a big meal” and isn’t being obnoxiously skinny Kate Moss’ “thing”? Either homegirl’s anorexia game is slipping, or she’s growing a life inside of her. I don’t even know which answer is more tragic.

Kate Moss and Jamie Hince were seen making out and acting cute at Gatwick airport yesterday. The sunburnt duo apparently was celebrating their recent engagement after returning home from a trip to Barbados. Jamie kind of gives me creepy vibes, like I can imagine him getting out of his car to yell at you if he didn’t like the way you were driving behind him, but he’s definitely a step-up from Pete Doherty. Not that that’s really who should be setting the standard…

You know, we hear surprisingly little about Kate Moss these days. She seems to be keeping her nose clean, if ya catch my drift. I wonder if her (sorta) new boyfriend, Jamie Hince, has anything to do with it. Kate was looking happy (and sober!) on a date with him in London Wednesday night.

Poor Kate! She’s finally starting to weigh what a human being should weigh, but the designers sending her clothes still expect her to fit into their 00 sample sizes.

Kate Moss spent all those years braless in her Calvin Klein t-shirts and now she’s paying the price.

The totally sober Moss, and by “sober” I mean “wrecked”, attended a birthday party at the legendary Annabel’s nightclub in London last night.  In her typical partying spirit, she decided to let it all hang out when she departed the club at 2 a.m.

Dear God, she looks like a National Geographic special feature.

Sidenote:  my co-pilot is still sitting with me.  I tried hard to hide these pics but she saw them.  Kate Moss will be known as “That Girl Who Needs Clothes” forevermore.

Despite the rumors running around that Kate Moss is preggers, she claims she’s just growing boobs (and a Buddha belly! Like me! Buddha bellies are so hot right now).

She says in an interview with New York magazine:

“”I’ve just started wearing bras. It’s a miracle. Great timing for my lingerie collection. I’ve just grown breasts … I am a woman now. It’s true. Honestly, I’ve never worn a bra in my life. Ever! It’s so awful, even my friends are phoning me up and saying, ‘Are you pregnant?’ And I’m like, ‘No! I just put on a couple of pounds and they went in the right place.’ Isn’t that weird? Now I can fill a B-cup.”

Kate Moss has already birthed an entire child. How is that she’s just now putting on weight? Not fair.

Reports are flying all over the place that Kate Moss is three months pregnant by boyfriend Jamie Hince.  The only glimmer of hope that this isn’t true is that this news item is being sourced from a News Of The World article that confirms her spermination.

Kate did go on a beer bender at a recent Roberto Cavalli photo shoot.  She showed up two hours late for the shoot, downed beer after beer while getting hair and makeup done, and walked out as soon as the session was over.  What does all this mean?  Well, hopefully it means that she’s just bloated from booze and isn’t actually manufacturing a human being.

Like many mysteries never to really be understood, how can so many adept and capable people struggle with infertility yet Kate Moss still has functioning ovaries?  Seriously, there are no answers.

At the age of 35 Kate Moss as conquered the realm of modeling, and now reportedly has her eye on acting. News of the World reports:

The mum-of-one turned 35 last month and has told friends it’s time to movie on. And now her rock star boyfriend Jamie Hince, 39, has put her in touch with an agent in New York.

A source close to her said: “She’s always had dreams of acting. Kate’s nervous but feels, with the right backing, she can make the transition from supermodel to Hollywood star.”

I don’t mean to dash Kate’s dreams here, but she has one facial expression. She’s a real-life Zoolander. She’s a one trick blank-eyed waif-like pony. Look at this picture! You see what happens when she attempts to smile! The only time I’ve heard her speak at any length is in those Rimmel commercials and if I’m not mistaken her voice is a bleak monotone. Pass.
