You guys, I almost totally forgot! The Entertainment Lawyer who scribes Crazy Days and Nights is finally “naming names,” as is his hallowed New Year’s Day tradition.
Emily hit on some of the year’s best, most salacious scandals, but you guys! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE.
- Now we know for sure: Lea Michele is starting to behave like a real diva.
- Chris Brown is kind of a dickwad—a “Don’t you know who I am?” kind of dickwad.
- Stars who hate each other: Rob Lowe and Amy Poehler, Evan Rachel Wood and Kate Winslet.

And whether or not what she says is true, I’m going to go on the assumption that she’s telling the truth. If she’s not, well hell. It wouldn’t be the first time an affair has come out in its early stages, broken up a Hollywood marriage, and was denied, denied, denied … ’til, you know, weeks later at the very least.
Me, I like Julia Stiles a lot. A lot of people give her flack because they don’t think she’s relevant anymore, but you know what? Eff that. I think she’s a Wicked talent, was fabulous in The Omen remake, and was a part of the later years of my adolescence with 10 Things I Hate About You, Hamlet, and of course, Save the Last Dance (and I don’t even like dance movies, so there).
Julia had this to say about boning around with Michael C. Hall behind Jennifer Carpenter’s back:
“I have absolutely nothing to do with the split between Michael and Jennifer. We are good friends and enjoyed working together. This is a personal matter between them, and we should respect their privacy. Although I too prefer to keep my private life private, I felt compelled to dispel the rumors I was somehow the cause for this matter.”
Well said, Jules. Well said.
Now let’s just give it some time and see whether or not it’s true, huh?

Michael C. Hall just left his wife Jennifer Carpenter after two years of marriage and now sources are saying it could be because of Dexter guest star Julia Stiles.
From Hollyscoop:
“They have a lot of chemistry and seemed to be extra cozy with each other. The way he’s been behaving lately you would have never thought his marriage just ended. I figured something was definitely up once I heard about the divorce announcement.”
If there was any sort of infidelity on Michael’s part, he was 100% right to bring an end to his marriage before things got any worse. Jennifer, who stayed by Michael’s side when he had cancer earlier this year and was a huge source of support, deserves to be freed of that sort of selfishness. However, it is truly a shame that her loyalty to him during his hard times wasn’t mirrored.
And Julia Stiles? Really? I mean, she was cool back in the day, but I didn’t realize she was relevant enough to go breaking up marriages. What a shame.
