0Howard K. Stern Catches Another Lucky Break, But The DA Ain’t Havin’ It

For those of you who have been following the case against Howard K. Stern and the doctors that provided Anna Nicole Smith with the prescription drugs that ultimately killed her, today’s just another frustrating day. After the jury brought back a guilty verdict on two of the nine counts of conspiracy Stern was facing, the judge threw them out claiming that the conviction was baseless.

The judge also ruled that Khristine Eroshevich, a doctor that provided Smith with a Vicodin prescription, not be sentenced to more than a year’s probation and a $100 fine, saying that she’d acted out of concern for Smith.

Thankfully the DA, Steve Cooley, is pissed and told TMZ, “We strongly disagree with Judge Robert Perry’s ruling today. [The ruling] diminishes the huge social problem of prescription drug abuse facilitated by irresponsible caretakers and unscrupulous medical professionals.”

Cooley also added that he’s going to start the appeal process on this case, but hasn’t yet decided whether or not he’ll retry Stern on the charges that came back not guilty.

This entire case has made a circus of our court system. Whenever cases get dragged out for this long, the evidence gets completely watered down and the true facts seem to go missing. If Howard K. Stern wasn’t the defendant in this case, I’m pretty sure a string of guilty verdicts would have come back ages ago. He’s always, since our first introduction to him on The Anna Nicole Show, been a master manipulator and a screaming, crying baby.

Does anyone doubt for a second that this guy is G-U-I-L-T-Y?

If his own getup wasn’t enough to get him the attention he so desperately needs, then the Beyonce impersonator and homeless person dancing around him was. Some people are so sad, you guys.

Remember that girl Kimmy from Anna’s E! show? She was very weird and completely in love with Anna. Well, she’s weighed in on the current goings-on, and it turns out she hates Howard K. Stern as well. On her website, she’s posted these rants (in a variety of fonts and format):

1. Researched laws from around the country and found one that would benefit YOU in any paternity case.

2. Convinced Anna Nicole to move to the Bahamas for the benefit of her child.

3. Daniel died within hours of arriving and you flushed WHAT down the toilet?

4. You loved Anna Nicole so much you turned your head when you signed the FedX for the METHADONE?

5. You loved Anna Nicole so much you had to rush out and buy a Yacht and to take her where? A watery grave?

6. Did you have enough time to empty the refrigerator of anything you wanted to hide from the corner?

7. My guess the reason you don’t want any DNA samples done on you or Dannielynn is they will find DRUGS in both systems.

8. Was Dannielynn born an addict?

9. Not for one minute do I believe Anna Nicole didn’t have another will made out. You know she was obsessive about taking care of her child. What did you do with the updated will? Or did it not benefit you?

10. How much of a percentage do you get from the Marshall case? Did Anna find out you were bilking her out of her hard earned money?

11. Do I ever want to see your snout again? NO I value my health to much and your track record is not good…..people are dieing around you…
