Prince’s Homes to be Auctioned

TMZ is reporting the massive real estate holdings of musician Prince are going to be auctioned off at a minimum of 90% of their fair market value.   Prince left behind a number of smaller homes around his home state of Minnesota, as well as a bevy of luxury pads, including the massive Paisley Park estate, where the singer died in April of this year. Among the properties hitting the auction block is this expansive property in the gorgeous Turks and Caicos.  Last listed at $12,000,000, the 10,000 square foot home has a generous 10 bedrooms as well as a complete guest home. Channing Tatum Starring in Splash Remake

Hollywood hottie, Channing Tatum, will be starring in the remake of the 1984 hit Splash  In this version Tatum will be playing the merman that finds love up in the surface world. The roll original played by Daryl Hannah.  The Tom Hanks roll will be played by Jillian Bell, who you may know from "Workaholics" or "22 Jump Street". The original story revolves around a mermaid that morphs her fin into legs when on land as she goes in search of her love, a boy she saved in the ocean years ago.   Incidentally, when Daryl's mermaid character is asked her name, she looks up to the a Manhattan street sign and replies "Madison". The McGowan/Baio Twitter War is Hysterical

I am always amazed when artists find a completely new and genuinely interesting way to capture life.  Even more impressive when it's done in a way that is commercially appealing, which this is quickly proving to be.
