• Oh my god, is this how they are making a living now? Why is it so many weird couples host and DJ at clubs? You’ve got Lindsay and Sam, Cobra Snake and Steve Akoi, and now Mary Kay and Vili. Damn it’s a MAD WORLD.

• Vili is not right in the head. I was in the classroom across the hall in elementary school (1 year older), and had classes with Vili in high school… He was fame whoring the entire time. I just don’t get it.

  Actually, I can hang out with him this weekend and collect bugs in a stream for later research if I want to. I haven’t made up my mind yet; it’s an extra credit field trip type thing. Don’t know if it’s a good idea…but I really really want to.

• At my high school there was a girl who was supposedly best friends with a teacher’s daughter. She went on trips with the family and was over at their house all the time. So graduation comes around and the teacher leaves the school and she and the teacher get married. Shocker that nobody even remotely imagined. The reason why I know this story even though it happened years before I went to that high school is that a teacher who was there during that time, told our class about it thinking we already knew it and asking if we knew of a similar situation going on now that we were there. What was happening was another teacher and a girl were very friendly. She was obviously in a relationship with him. People saw them outside of school meeting for coffee, walking together. The school decides to question all her friends about them. No one said anything. Everyone knew exactly what was going on but the school had no proof. I dont know what they told the girl’s parents, but she stayed in our school being way too friendly with a teacher she didnt even have classes with. In middle school I know one teacher who kissed a friend of mine. It didnt go any further, but he was very much into her. So I think these things happen a bit more often than we think. Not that that makes them any less gross.

• I’m sorry but by going to this event aren’t you supporting what they stand for? If you’re not actually going to ask for an interview I’d be a little troubled if you went to gawk and judge and by buying drinks at the club indirectly supporting their behavior. I’m a reader of zeldalily and I think just a while back you’d posted about female sexual predators. Mary Kay Letourneau is definitely one of those. Don’t publicize this event on your blog and please don’t go and support a club who would make light of such a serious situation by having “hot teacher night.” Ridiculous…
