Today's Evil Beet Gossip

Rabies!

Ah, no. My bad. That’s just Annalynne McCord modeling the world’s worst tan. With all the bikini pics of her out there you’d think she was getting enough sun to not have to resort to this. According to wiki she’s only 21, but this makes her look twice that, easy. She’s the color of the crunchy edges of baked macaroni! I don’t get the fascination with fake tanning. If you’re pale, just be pale and deal with it. Don’t give yourself age spots and a reverse raccoon in pursuit of something nature didn’t intend for you to have.

She couldn’t have evened that out with foundation or something?  Yikes!

  • It looks like she used concealer under her eyes that was from before her vacation.

I am one of those pale people who refuses to embrace my whiteness. I use a great sunless tanner that doesn’t streak. Not sure why LiLo hasn’t found it yet.

    • ha ha. which one?

yeah, she is obvs using something to lighten the area under her eyes. she went overboard with it tho.

and it’s hard to embrace your paleness, soleil, when the entire country is pretty much screaming at you to be tan. it’s ridiculous.

    • I agree 100%!

I refuse to be pale, I need a little colour on my body! Sunless tanning can definitely be done well, I found some great sunless tanners that dont streak either.. Annalynnne should invest in those lol

And Im sure that opposite-raccoon is the foundation for her “under eye circles” im assuming.. Its so white im blinded!

  • It looks like straight up sunglasses on her face. Are you sure that’s from tanning? I’ve never heard of anyone wearing sunglasses in a tanning bed.

  • So i just saw the new 90210 for the first time and this girl, who plays naomi, i could have SWORE she was like 34. when i looked up her age, i found out she was exactly 1 year older than me…. i sure as hell dont look anywhere near her age, sheesh!

  • I’m pale and I embrace it, I don’t like getting tanned, although with my genes (Spanish!) I tan easily. I just don’t understand why pale people want to be tanned. Paleness is cool. It allows you to dye your hair in almost any colour lol Nah, on a serious note, I find the tanning-obsession as bad as some dark-skinned people’s obsession to get paler and paler. This world is crazy. Let’s embrace our skin colour!

  • I agree, mireee. My skin tans instantly, which sucks. In order to have a half-ass uniform skin tone, I would have to consistently lay out. That’s not my speed now, as I would much prefer flawless skin to wrinkles. I laugh at those that fry; they will not look too “cool” for long. I always envied those with across the board naturally dark or pale skin, as the legs match the arms match the face and so on… no worries:(

  • I love being pale skinned. I don’t think there’s anything attractive about fake tan… or real tan in that case. When I go to the beach I go to excessive lengths to make sure the sun does not tan my skin. Blech..

    • I am also one of those white skinned people who prefer to look like whitish-grey, pulsating insect larva swarming under some musty stone that you carelessly picked up ;)

  • i love pale skin too, mainly because we don’t have much of it around here, i have pale skin and no matter how my friends urge me i always refuse to get a tan, i think she should just leave her skin the way it is or get a real tan. she has the most amazing eyes, though. =)

  • I couldn’t tan if I wanted to and a darker skin tone attained artificially would just look weird as hell with my complexion.

Being pale is a sign of good breeding and sophistication. That’s the 19th century viewpoint and I’m sticking to it.

  • i have very pale british skin and i love it. every guy who i’ve dated has commented on liking my pale skin. i like to dress in vintage clothes and the fake tan really wouldn’t help me pull that off.
also, i’m almost 28 and i still get id’d in canada (where you only have to be 19 to drink) so… i guess i’m doing something right. i like keeping the youthfulness of my pale skinned face.

  • “She couldn’t have evened that out with foundation or something? Yikes!”??????? Beet…. she’s got too much foundation on, that’s her problem!

  • I agree with a lot of people above!
I’m 20 and all these young girls on tv look sooooooo much older than me, it’s so weird!
Anyways, I don’t think this was a tanning problem, but a BAD MAKE UP JOB for sure!

  • Im super pale and i live in africa so im basically one of a kind.
When people ask me why i dont try fake tan and i always say im rocking the edward cullen look :P but those are the stupid people, everyone else loves it.

  • I don’t even know who this is but i am saddened and reflective about her skin being the same color as her gums….now..TO THE JET SKI!!!!!

  • Could it possibly be with all the bikini photos out there, Soleil, that the girl just doesn’t know how to apply sunscreen to her face? Because the raccoon eyes definitely looks like they were caused by sunglasses.

Personally, I highly doubt that that horrible tan is from ‘fake tanning.’ It’s so easy to assume, I suppose.
