Katie Holmes joined twitter today, everyone. Guess now that she’s freed from The Cruise she’s allowed to have a social media presence. Her first tweet wasn’t even hers. It was a retweet of producer Nikki Silver’s tweet that was a photo of herself with Holmes, Taylor Swift, and more of The Giver cast (above). An hour later, Ms. Holmes tweeted:

Whoa there, exclamation points!!!!! Holmes went on to retweet something from the Bobbi Brown Cosmetics twitter account, and a retweet from Taylor Swift. In between those she tweeted,
On set today filming the Giver. Love working with directer [sic] Phil Noyce am so grateful for such a wonderful experience
I think she’s still getting the hang of it. As of when this was written, she only has 25k+ followers and is following 12 accounts, Taylor Swift and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics included. You can follow her @katieholmes212.
