Jon Gosselin thought he was escaping media attention when he moved to Pennsylvania to live in cabin and work as a waiter, but it seems to have the opposite effect. When a female photographer tried to take his photo, he shot at her. Well, it was a “warning shot.” I guess the warning was, next time I will shoot at you instead of near you? Here’s what he told TMZ:
I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza. It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property.
I’m guessing she’s still going to try to press charges. It’s not like she’s going to get Kanye money out of this, though.

yes the paparazzi is a weirdo. jon was just protecting his property. she had no business following him home. he’s not a celebrity anyways
Dumb paparazzi but why not say no interviews to Extra and TMZ(shoot a warning shot up in the air at Harvey)if he wants his privacy. If you completely disappear no one will want your picture. I sure don’t want to see him.
Jon never moved to PA, he lives here. He moved to a cabin IN PA. Get your story straight. And, he was just protecting his property. Leave the poor guy alone, he has been through enough.
Why did you say he shot at her when you know yourself that isn’t true?
I agree if he did she would have a picture of him holding and pointing the gun not reaching for it.
She’s not going to press charges. She went to the cops and they told her she would be the one charged for trespassing.
