Remember how Billy Ray Cyrus was so embarrassed by Miley‘s VMA stunt that he canceled an interview with Piers Morgan until he could recoup and figure out what in the hell he was going to say about it? And then Miley typed out some text that Billy Ray allegedly sent her, claiming that he would have twerked too? Well, Billy finally turned up to chat about it and basically claimed that all of this is part of Miley’s “artistry” and her method of reinventing her sound.
