This whole bar-fight thing just keeps getting better and better, guys, seriously. New details are emerging about the club brawl that made Chris Brown look like this:
And all signs point to the notion that Chris was the instigator in the feud. Well, all signs that I’m going to interpret as “Chris was the instigator of the feud,” because last I checked, Drake doesn’t have unresolved temper issues that result in broken female faces and broken windows in dressing rooms, duh.
From TMZ:
One of Chris Brown’s homies was throwing gang signs and making death threats at Drake’s entourage in the moments before the NYC nightclub brawl … this according to several witnesses.
Eyewitnesses say … Chris had been hanging out at his own VIP table with a posse of 16 other guys … one of whom was a man with dreadlocks who was throwing gang signs and screaming at Drake’s table. Witnesses say this man was the primary instigator in the brawl that would follow.
Among the verbal taunts, we’re told the man yelled out, “Somebody’s gonna die.”
We’re told the man also directed some of his anger at Drake’s friend Meek Mill — saying, “F**k you, we’re gonna kill you n*gga.”
As the man continued to spit venom, witnesses say Chris stood up and embraced him … as if to say, “This is my guy.”
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … it’s possible the threats were captured on tape.
Here’s the rub — Brown’s friend was acting as if he was associated with a gang …. which is significant because Chris is not allowed to associate with gang members as part of his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
Oh. Classy. Throwing f-cking gang signs. That’s really cool shit right there, don’t you know. I’m so surprised that this kind of behavior came from someone who thinks it’s OK to party in public with no shirt on. Reportedly, Drake also told Chris via a note that he was “f-cking” the “love of his life.” Karreuche Tran was present, but she denied any involvem … wait. Oh. You mean Rihanna, not Karreuche. Right:
… Allegedly the fight started when Chris Brown sent a bottle over to Drake. That’s when the Toronto rapper went face to face in the club with Chris and began arguing about Rihanna.
Radar Online has even more exclusive information—like how there was “blood all over” the club:
“There was blood all over,” an eyewitness said. “Both of their entourages got involved and it all got really out of control really fast. The club was unrecognizable afterwards!”
