Netflix and Adam McKay hit lightning in a bottle when they came together to put out “Don’t Look Up” starring Leo Dicaprio and Jennifer Lawrence.
So why not try again? McKay’s newest film is called Average Height, Average Build. The film stars Robert Pattinson, Amy Adams, Robert Downey Jr., Forest Whitaker and Danielle Deadwyler.
Pattinson will play a serial killer who enlists a lobbyist (Adams) to change laws that will allow him to get away with murder more easily. Downey Jr’s role is a retired cop who won’t give up on the murders, and the killer tries to prevent him from dogging his trail now that he’s hung up his gun.
However, according to sources close to the project, more cast members are expected to be added in the coming months as the script calls for additional characters to be filled in.
