Jeremey Renner, seen here at his home in the Sierra Navada mountains, was plowing his property when he accidentally ran his snow plow over his own leg. That’s the word from TMZ.
Renner, who has posted photos of his plow on instagram many times, was attempting to dig his way out of a recent snow storm when the injury occurred. His doctor neighbor is said to have saved his life.
One neighbor told TMZ that the doctor was able to fashion a tourniquet around Renners leg, but that he had already lost massive amounts of blood.
A helicopter was seen taking Renner to a near by hospital.
