It’s been a big year for Idris Elba, both good and bad.
Back in March he and his wife told us that they were feeling okay after learning they had contracted Covid19.
Now Idris shares some good news in an interview with ET Canada. The sexy AF actor confirmed that he and his wife Sabrina Dhowre. Specifically a little boy! Unfortunately, they are not releasing the babies name yet.
“It really resonates with me, I’m a father of two boys, and definitely I can’t wait for my youngest to see this film,” he shared while discussing the importance of the film and why it truly spoke to him.
Idris added that he hopes “people look back at their communities and respect the role that communities play on young men’s lives, young people’s lives” after watching the flick.
“Because often times it takes a village, you know, and sometimes we might stray outside of our village only to come back to the comfort of our village because that’s where we’re safe.”
Idris is also a dad to Isan, 18, and Winston, 6, from previous relationships.
Isan was most recently in the media after being named the 2019 Golden Globe Ambassador.
