So we know Scott Disick has been in and out of rehab. He was most recently in last month in a move that included a break-up with fairly long time girlfriend Sophia Richie.
Now Scott is out and trying to keep things tight by staying mostly around family and close friends. People who support him.
This weekend he was one of several stars, like Jamie Fox and Paris Hilton, to hit up the newly reopened Nobu in LA. He was joined by ex Kourtney and their kids, sons Reign, 5, and Mason, 10, and 7-year-old daughter Penelope.
“Scott is still receiving treatment and working on [his] issues,” says one of those ever-present “sources”, adding that Disick seems well.
“He has been around the kids a lot. He is only spending time with people who can support him and help him be the best possible,” the source says.
There are rumors on boths sides of his love life. Some saying he and Kourt are mending their romance and others saying he and Sophia are merely on a break.
So I guess it’s a wait and see type situation.
