So check it out. Michael C Hall, Dexter Morgan in Dexter or David Fisher in Six Feet Under, you know who I mean? He’s wearing glitter and singing now.
A couple years ago Michael was on Broadway in a show called “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” where he met Peter Yanowitz and Matt Katz-Bohen. Apparently it was kismet because they all got together to form a sound that they felt must be shared with the world.
They formed a band called The Princess Goes to the Butterfly Museum. Just what I said there. You read it correctly.
Now I’m no music aficionado. I’m very much an “I know what I like” kind of girl. So I can’t speak to how sophisticated a sound this is, but I can tell you I could hear this on my indie music channel and not bat an eye at their decision to play it. It sounds… listenable.
