You remember Tekashi 69, right? that clown looking rapper who pretended to be a member of the notorious gang “the Bloods” to get some street cred. He went to jail for a slew of charges relating to gang activity and turn snitch while in the clink.
Now, facing almost life in prison, he’s hoping the judge can see fit to give him a drastically reduced sentence. Possibly even time served.
Of course I don’t understand his plan. He claims, to the judge at least, that he can’t believe the things he’s done and he’s incredibly remorseful. But word is he’s really hoping to get out and use his time in jail to just boost his rap career and go right back to his nonsense.
Either way, the court date is Wednesday. I will be glued to the wire for details.
