Cardi B has taken the steps necessary to trademark her peculiar way of saying “OK”. Rather, “Okuuurrree”!
Word is Cardi has filed paperwork with the US Patent offices to make sure anyone using the word has to come up with the money. Which is as ridiculous as when Paris Hilton trademarked “Hot”.
In Cardi’s case, she plans on making a clothing line and want to emblazon the frocks with the word and in order to make sure everyone else can’t just run out and make the same shirt, shoes or necklace, she has to trademark it.
The “Money” hitmaker previously described the word as the sound a “cold pigeon in New York City” makes.
