“Wedding Crashers” star Vince Vaughn has listed his own crash pad in the Hills for $2.7 million.
The actor, who more recently appeared in “True Detective,” acquired the nearly 3,000-square-foot home from Kate Bosworth for $2.4 million three years ago, Variety reported.
The farmhouse-style property has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and features a trellised front courtyard, a master bedroom with a balcony, a den complete with media equipment, vaulted ceilings and a yard. Outside, there’s also a lap lane swimming pool and a small bamboo garden.
Vaughn also owns a Manhattan Beach home he bought for $6.4 million in 2014.
