The Twin Baby Time Paradox

Samuel was born first, but his twin brother Ronan is older. How is that possible?

Emily and Seth Peterson of West Barnstable, Massachusetts welcomed their sons in the early morning hours of Nov. 6.  The first to arrive was Samuel at 1:39am. 5lbs 13 ounces.  Next to come was Ronan, 5lbs 14 ounces, just 31 minutes later. Only by then daylight savings had kicked in and what was 2:10 am was now 1:10 am. Follow?

This means that on paper, aka the birth certificate, Ronan will be 29 minutes earlier than his brother Samuel.  When in reality, technically, by all accounts, Samuel is 31 minutes earlier than Ronan.  Wrap your brain around that!
