The tumultuous divorce between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp has come to an end, finally. As some suspected it might, once a recording of Johnny drunkenly yelling at Amber was leaked to media outlets over the weekend.
Heard has also dropped her restraining order against Depp. The dismissal was with prejudice, which means she cannot re-file the matter. The two have also come to a multi-million dollar divorce settlement that ends their just over a year-and-a-half-long marriage.
“Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love,” said the two in a joint statement Tuesday. “Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm.” And with that I’m glad to be rid of the entire experience. I’m sick of both of them.
