If there’s one young celebrity out there that’s completely fucking bonkers, it’s got to be Jaden Smith. He’s always been a little out there, and that’s no big deal, but he literally seems to think he’s god’s gift to the universe. In a recent interview in GQ, Jaden brought his delusion to new heights, saying “I don’t think I’m as revolutionary as Galileo, but I don’t think I’m not as revolutionary as Galileo.” Well… okay, but definitely not. So here’s the big question on the New York Post‘s mind: Is Jaden the most insane kid (he’s 17, so nearly an adult) in Hollywood?
A source close to the family tells The Post: “Jada and Will have raised both kids to believe that they are supercreative geniuses. They treat them that way, and the children believe that the world should fall into line as well.”
The Smith kids are home-schooled, using a curriculum Jaden referred to in GQ as “Mystery School. It dates back to like ancient Egypt, ancient Greece … They would learn the math and sciences of that generation, and then they would build the cities and give that energy and that knowledge to the other people.”
Jaden’s also talked about taking sewing classes, but the family insider tells The Post that “At the moment, Jaden is working on his new album and has been filming a new drama series rather than doing any schoolwork.”
The insider adds, “When he is not working, [Jaden] says that he is writing novels and developing mathematical theories — however, he seems to be largely hanging out with the Kardashians and playing video games.”
Yeah, he sounds pretty crazy, but what do you expect? He’s been raised by Scientologists and never been brought back down to earth when he started thinking the universe revolves around him. Willow isn’t quite as bad, thankfully, but God help these kids when they become proper adults and have to enter the world as it is. Then again, they’re rich, so that day will probably never actually come.
No I believe what will happen with Mr Smith is what happened with Mr Bieber when he turned 18. The belief that he is better than all of us and now that he is an adult he is going to take advantage of that and scream loudly “I am an adult” with his actions. To me, if ya gotta tell me you are an adult then clearly you are not. Just my thought.
