I’ll be honest: I haven’t paid much attention to Joseph Gordon Levitt in recent years. He’s adorable and seems like a really nice guy, but after Inception, he just kinda faded into the background again. He’s a solid working actor with some great projects, but he’s not someone you see splashed on news sites on a daily basis, and that’s probably just the way he likes things. We do have a little bit of news about his personal life, however: JGL and his wife Tasha McCauley have welcomed their first child together!

Five hundred days of diapers! Joseph Gordon-Levitt and wife Tasha McCauley welcomed their first baby, a son, the weekend of Aug. 15, a rep confirms exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly.
“Everyone’s happy and healthy,” says an insider.
The Snowden actor, 34, and the technology entrepreneur, also 34, chose to keep the pregnancy quiet. The ultra-private pair, who started dating in 2013 after meeting through mutual friends, wed quietly at their home on Dec. 20, 2014.
I kinda can’t bear the corniness of “500 days of diapers”, but okay! This is adorable news because JGL is sweet and babies are cute (so long as they’re not yours) and I’m sure they’re very happy about it! In other words, mazel!
